Access to and use of “SMSYO.com” within Singapore is provided by Virtuelien on the following terms:

In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

1. You can accept the Terms by:

(A) Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by Virtuelien in the user interface for any Service; or
(B) By actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Virtuelien will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
(C) You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if
(і) You are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Virtuelien,
(іі) You are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of Singapore or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.

2. User Representations and Warranties

By registering for SMSYO.com, you represent and warrant that:

(A) You are using your own social network account and that any information you provide to Viretuelien is accurate and complete;
(B) Your registration with Virtuelien and use of SMSYO.com will not violate any local, state, national or international laws or regulations.

3. Your passwords and account security

(A) You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.
(B) Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to SMSYO for all activities that occur under your account.
(C) If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify SMSYO.com immediately at http://www.SMSYO.com
(D) Virtuelien is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Virtuelien provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
(E) As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that Virtuelien may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at Virtuelien sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform Virtuelien when you stop using the Services.
(F) You acknowledge and agree that if Viretuelien disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.
(G) You acknowledge and agree that while SMSYO.com may not currently have set a fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the Services or on the amount of storage space used for the provision of any Service, such fixed upper limits may be set by SMSYO.com at any time, at Virtuelien’s discretion.
(H) You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the Singapore or other relevant countries).
(I) You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
(J) Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Virtuelien, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
(K) You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Virtuelien has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Virtuelien may suffer) of any such breach.
(L) You acknowledge and agree that Virtuelien (or Virtuelien’s licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Virtuelien and that you shall not disclose such information without Virtuelien’s prior written consent.
(M) You agree that you shall not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trade mark notices) which may be affixed to or contained within the Services.

4. Indemnification

You shall remain solely liable for the content of any messages or other information you upload virtuelien, Online Resources, or the SMSYo.com. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtuelien from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your conduct, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

5. Modification & Amendments

Virtuelien reserves the right to amend at any time any policies governing the the associated Web sites, including these Terms and Conditions, by posting the amended terms and providing notice of such amendments. The amended terms shall be effective immediately after they are initially posted on this Web site. Your continued use of SMSYO.com will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific local terms appearing elsewhere on SMSYO.com (including house rules) then the latter shall prevail

6. Termination

Notwithstanding any of these terms and conditions, WGL reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the eService Center Bill Payment Service and the associated Web sites, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the eService Center Bill Payment Service and the associated Web sites.

7. Disclaimer

Virtuelien will not be responsible for any loss resulting from a cause over which it does not have direct control, including, but not limited to, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes, or natural disasters, strikes or other labor problems, wars or governmental restrictions.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
